Its exact location is in the centre of Pigadakia village oppossite the church of St.Panteleimona which has the healing spa waters.
It was built at the base of the mountain Kaki Rahi and this is where the taverna takes its name. Set amongst cool trees with beautiful mountain viewsthis is an ideal place to sit and relax and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or orange juice.
The taverna is open to all and serves traditional Greek cuisine, and we also sell local agricultural products i.e. olives,raisins,wine, olive oil etc...
This excellent restaurant in rural surroundings can be reached by the local village train (Trainaki) which takes you on a pleasant trip with pick up points in both Alykes and Alykanas or you could take a lazy stroll by foot through the village of Katastari and then on to Pigadakia. It can also be reached by car, bike, taxi etc.
